A Vendor is a company or individual that provides us a service for our client.  Our vendors are made up of Artists and Designers, Caterers, Drivers, Photographers, Entertainers, Presenters, Electronics or A/V Specialists, DJ's or anyone who provides us a service.  If you provide us with a Product, then you are a Supplier.
